While most of the topics in the Retreat Center are for members-only, we have offerings that are "Free-to-All." The Sentient Earth meditation is available at no charge, to be used as often as you like or share with others.
It was recorded live on top of a mountain in the Wilds of Pennsylvania, then mastered in my remote Design Studio. The beauty of recording at high altitude (2000 foot elevation) is that the natural surroundings are completely quiet. I don't have to edit out vehicle or city noises! Birds in the background or gentle breezes make for beautiful natural sound backdrops.
