We have been putting together some cooking videos and recipes that help your body build nutrition and immune functionality. All of these will be combined in new workshop in the Virtual Retreat Center that will add seasonal options as we go throughout the year. The Anti-Inflammatory Lifestyle Workshop will be available to Mindstream Center Members this Fall.
