Rivers and Wind Meditation Practice:  Immerse yourself in the sounds of nature as the flow of a river becomes the rustle of the wind.  See if you can find the boundary between one and the other.  As you practice your breathing meditation, find the point at which your breath becomes the sound of the wind and your mind begins to flow with the river.   RUNTIME 8:30 minutes
