Mountain Breath:  This guided meditation helps you develop a calm breathing pattern known as the mountain breath.  Inhale to the count of five full seconds, exhale to the count of five full seconds, now - do not inhale for five full seconds. Begin Again.  The five seconds of stillness becomes a space of expansiveness.  It is said ' become still as a mountain."   For best results, use this meditation after you are very familiar with slow diaphragmatic breathing.  RUNTIME 6 minutes
