Cleansing Breath Technique:  Learn a technique to let go of negative thoughts or feelings.  When we are agitated about a stressful event, feel disturbed or have ruminating thoughts, it is hard to find peace or equinimity in our day.  This technique was adapted from a Zen breath meditation called the "Bamboo Breath."  Begin with mindful breathing then add this short technique and experience a release of negativity.  Runtime 2:30 minutes
